Tape in: I also love tape in because they are a low maintenance, and an affordable option. (BUT keep in mind these must be replaced as they will grow out with your hair over time.) These you will most likely need some help installing to get the most natural look. Once they are in they can last weeks-months depending on how you care for your hair! The upkeep is pretty low and they blend very well. super lightweight and easy to style with your own hair! *can be reused…. but the tape will need to be replaced, otherwise you can buy a new set when ready to install new hair.

I have gone back and forth between both tape in a clip in styles over the years. Its honestly just preference which fits better into your lifestyle and which you find more comfortable and easier to maintain 🙂
