Let’s talk about weight fluctuation…

I recently had a bunch of my followers DM me on IG after covid, telling me they needed to get back into routine after letting go of their typical day to day routine and lifestyle changes during lock down –

Ive also had new mothers reach out to me sharing how hard its been for them to find balance and routine with a new baby –

What ever the reason may be, we all go thru changes that can effect how we treat our body, and how our bodies react.

WEIGHT FLUCTUATION IS NORMAL.

I fluctuate monthly. (typically +/- 5lbs) but it can be more – There are times I simply enjoy events/company/celebrations/etc, which usually involve indulging in foods and drinks I wouldn’t normally on the regular. I also tend to binge eat a bit around my period when I crave certain sweets/salts more than usual. THIS IS ALL NORMAL. I can not stress this enough, and do not want you to feel discouraged because you gained a few lbs. You can get back on track.

For your sanity, have that slice of cake, that glass of wine, that pizza party and whatever else in between …

MODERATION and balance are key.
